Delivered 100% online, the BA (Hons) Law & Psychology will introduce you to the key components of these social sciences and how they interlink.

This online undergraduate degree programme will give you an in-depth appreciation of both law and psychology. It will introduce you to the fundamentals of the two disciplines, and develop you into a scientifically minded ‘social scientist’ who can consider problems from legal and psychological perspectives, whilst developing key skills in debate, research, and presenting ideas clearly.

Entry Requirements

  • Two subjects at GCE A level or equivalent, plus passes at grade C or above in three subjects at GCSE level or equivalent; or
  • Completed a recognised Access Programme or equivalent
  • For students whose prior learning was not taught in English, IELTS level 6.0 is required (no less than 5.5 in any element).

The BA (Hons) Law & Psychology syllabus is divided equally between the two disciplines, and is comprised of the following modules*:

  • Tort 2 (Other Torts)

Level 6

  • Research Planning & Project
  • Contemporary Developmental Psychology
  • Cross-Cultural Psychology
  • Occupational Psychology
  • Law of Evidence

The final module is an independent research and planning project, where you’ll have a chance to specialise in an area of your interest. This coursework is an opportunity to apply the skills you have learned during the programme, and showcase your academic understanding to potential future employers.
