This advanced diploma course consists of three modules; Managerial Accounting and Analysis, where you will learn how to use financial information to forecast sales performance and identify potential risks; Financial Accounting and Analysis, where you will learn how to accurately read financial statements and use them as tools for analysis; and finally, Advanced Operations Management, which includes the process of design, analysis, and sustaining quality standards.

You will be formally assessed once during the programme, which will consist of a written report of up to 3,500 words. Completing this assignment to a satisfactory standard is a mandatory requirement.
