This diploma course consists of three modules; Governance and Ethics will help you understand the relationship between corporate governance and social responsibility; Business Law will challenge you to develop a sound understanding of legal systems, and how to identify and apply fundamental legal concepts across a full range of business scenarios; and finally, Policy Issues in the Global Economy will develop your knowledge in the areas of international trade, investment, and the migration of peoples across economic regions.

The Diploma in Law and Ethics, is divided into three distinct module areas, in which you will study their range of associated sub-topic subject areas in greater detail:
- Governance and Ethics
- Business Law
- Policy Issues in the Global Economy
You will be formally assessed once during the programme, which will consist of a written report of up to 3,500 words. Completing this assignment to a satisfactory standard is a mandatory requirement.
