    Distance, Blended and E- Learning Courses:

    1. All amounts are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT (where applicable).
    2. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: The School reserves the right to charge interest at 10% per annum on overdue amounts, accruing daily from the date that such payments become due.
    3. INSTALMENT PAYMENT PLAN: The School expects all students to adhere to the terms and conditions of their payment plan, which includes submitting payment on the date it becomes due. A failure to comply with the terms and conditions of your payment plan renders any payment plan ineffective. As a result, the School may bring the payment plan to an end and reserves the right to recover all outstanding fees.
    4. DEBT RECOVERY: Please note that in relation to overdue amounts, the School also reserves the right to pass this matter to our debt recovery company without further notification to you. This means that your data will be passed to our debt recovery company for further action. For the avoidance of doubt, should your data be passed to our debt recovery company in order to recover any overdue amounts, your liability to pay will be increased by additional fees and charges.
    5. All fees exclude amounts payable to any professional bodies for student registration, exemptions and examination entries, which are payable by the students (and/or their sponsors, as applicable) and InterActive accepts no responsibility for this. Certain packages which include hard-copy study manuals may incur shipping charges which are additional to the course fees. In case of international delivery, the student is solely responsible for any customs, duties and local taxation which may be imposed.
    6. Please note that tuition fees paid do not include payment towards course materials. Students are required to purchase all course materials; including textbooks for postgraduate, undergraduate and LSBF certificate and diploma programmes. Up to two (2) textbooks may be required per module, with each textbook having an average price of between £20 and £60. Students are solely responsible for any orders and shipping fees, including customs, duties and local taxation which may be imposed.
    7. In order to comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, students will be entitled to a full refund if they notify LSBF of their desire to cancel within 14 days of payment. This provision is subject to the student not using the online study platform for more than 30 minutes.
    8. All applications for refunds must be made via our online channel. Students must submit an application at http://refunds.interactivepro.org.uk/​ . Applications for refunds which are not submitted in accordance with the above will not be considered.
    9. Any refund made by InterActive will be paid to the original payer using the original method payments.
    10. All deposits received are for the sole purpose of reserving a course place and are non-refundable, save as provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
    11. Funds received but not utilised or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be forfeited to InterActive Pro Limited.
    12. InterActive reserves the right to alter published programmes, change- tutors, course specifications, to cancel or change the content of lectures and/or study materials, and to alter dates and locations from the previously published materials.
    13. All courses are non-residential unless specified otherwise.
    14. Students are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner which demonstrates respect for InterActive and its staff, fellow students and property (whether tangible or intangible). Breaches of the Student Code of Conduct and individual programme regulations can amount to gross misconduct, which may lead to expulsion from study, and forfeiture of all fees.
    15. Liability of InterActive Pro Limited for losses arising from their negligence (except in the case of liability for death or personal injury), breach of contract or otherwise will be limited to the full amounts paid by the relevant student for the particular courses and/or study materials. Except in the case of liability for death and personal injury, the company will have no liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
    16. Students' arrangements with InterActive Pro Limited are governed by English law.
    17. Distance, blended and e-learning amounts quoted include VAT (where applicable) but exclude any taxes or duties imposed by countries outside the UK/EEA.
    18. Unless a student opts for an instalment plan and pays in full the deposit and first instalment amount, full payment is required prior to dispatch of study materials or release of online user IDs and passwords.
    19. A deferral can be processed up to one future intake (one year) if InterActive is notified in writing in advance. An administration charge of £50 (inc. VAT) will be invoiced by InterActive and are to be paid before a deferral can be processed.
    20. TRANSFERS: Course transfers are only permissible with the School’s prior written consent.  To apply to transfer, Students must complete an application form for course transfer (available on request) and pay an administration fee of £150.  No transfers will be permissible in the event of a student owing fees to the School.  Students may be required to pay additional fees if new course fees are higher.  All transfer requests are at the sole and absolute discretion of the School.   

    21. Course registration and fees, login credentials and course materials are non-transferable between students.
    22. Student access to each papers AB (F1) to LW (F4) materials on professional courses is for the duration of 6 months, i.e., from the time of registration until the next exam sitting. Papers PM (F5) to AAA (P7), access is limited to a maxium duration of 1 term. After the exam sitting or the expiry of the 1 term period from the day of registration (whichever comes first) student access to study materials will expire. For the avoidance of doubt, for students on packages of multiple papers, this term applies only to papers selected for study at a given study period, while credits for papers paid for but not yet accessed will be maintained.
      Deferral process: Students can defer once and to the following sitting only. They will need to provide a valid reason/supporting documentations for the deferral and upon our discretion we will defer them.
      Deferral must be made 2 weeks before the exams take place for that term. Any deferrals made after that cut-off date will not be accepted.
    23. Fair usage policy applies to access of study material, including study videos. InterActive reserves the right to restrict access based on operational requirements (including bandwidth consumption) to ensure fair access to all students.
    24. InterActive shall send out important notifications to student’s exclusively by email, such notifications shall include (but not limited to) timetable updates and class changes. For the avoidance of doubt it is the Student’s sole responsibility to ensure that InterActive has the correct and up-to-date email address in its records, and for the student to review and act upon such email notifications.
    25. From time to time we may offer discounts and fee waivers as part of time-limited promotions, packages and ‎early-bird offers. The full details, eligibility criteria and terms and conditions associated with any such offers, including any time limits and your responsibilities in order to benefit from any such offer will appear on our website and shall be deemed to be incorporated into these terms and conditions.

      1. Access at least 90% of online materials available on the platform for the relating package(s);
      2. Sit the real ACCA/CIMA/CFA/AAT examinations for no more than 3 examination papers per examination sitting, and fail. You will need to submit evidence of examination failure as per Clause 4 below; and

      1. Pass the mock examination conducted by InterActive with at least 55% for the paper in question.

      1. Attempt and score at least 75% on all Question Bank questions.
    7. For AAT programmes
      1. Pass the mock examination/practice assessment conducted by InterActive [Pro / Manchester Limited] with at least 70% pass rate for the paper in question.
    8. All course fees must be paid in full before real examinations are taken, unless you are enrolled on a dual programme with an active instalment plan. Claims under the Pass First Time Guarantee must be received by InterActive a maximum of one month (30 days) after exam results have been released.
    9. Where a student has failed an examination, you must provide evidence of failure with the application under the Pass First Time Guarantee. Applications for Pass First Time Guarantee must be made via our online channel. Students must submit a ticket at http://support.studyinteractive.org. Applications for a Pass First Time Guarantee which are not submitted in accordance with the above will not be considered.
    10. Students who are eligible to participate in the Pass First Time Guarantee shall be entitled to receive access to study materials equivalent to ACCA: Tuition and CIMA: Tuition / CFA Tuition / DipIFR Silver/ AAT packages for failed papers on the InterActive platform from the official semester start date following the failure of the examination until the next available examination sitting. For the avoidance of doubt, after that point the Pass First Time Guarantee will lapse.
    11. The Pass First Time Guarantee is not transferable. No refunds or compensation will be made under the Pass First Time Guarantee. The Pass First Time Guarantee may not be used more than once for any single package purchased.
    1. Existing LSBF Online master’s students ("Existing Students") can refer new students to LSBF Online master’s programmes ("New Students").
    2. To be eligible to be referred, the New Students must not have submitted any enquiry or application for an LSBF Online master’s programme before they are referred.
    3. The Offers only apply to New Students who enrol directly with LSBF and is not open to students who apply through an agent.
    4. New Students will receive a one-time discount of £500 from their first tuition fee payment to LSBF Online when referred by an Existing Student (the "New Student Referral Offer").

ACCA
  • We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond students' control can affect a student's ability to study. Therefore, our deferment policy stipulates the terms and conditions according to which a student may defer their enrolment to the following exam sitting.

    The deferment policy is meant to address the requirements of students faced with unexpected circumstances and is separate from InterActive's Pass First Time Guarantee policy, which is governed by a separate set of terms and conditions.

    1. Once a student is enrolled on an ACCA course and has begun his/her studies (i.e., accessed the online study platform for more than 30 minutes in total, and/or placed an order for the delivery of books) no deferment is allowed, unless the student qualifies as per the terms and conditions set below.
    2. Students who have purchased an ACCA course for a particular exam sitting may defer their study and retain a credit for future study on an identical study package in case they have not begun their studies (e.g, accessed the online study platform for more than 30 minutes in total, and/or placed an order for the delivery of books). Applications for deferral must be made via our online channel. Students must submit a ticket at http://support.studyinteractive.org. Applications for a deferment which are not submitted in accordance with the above will not be considered.
    3. Students who have commenced their studies (e.g, accessed the online study platform for more than 30 minutes in total, and/or placed an order for the delivery of books) may only defer at the discretion of InterActive Pro Limited, upon submission of supporting documentation regarding extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness). Our decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding discretionary deferment applications.

      • "Study Materials" means, but is not limited to the ACCA Study books or other resources produced by IAWW other than the Online Study Materials;
      • "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions and any Terms and Conditions included on the IAWW website.
    3. Ordering the Study Materials
      • 3.1 The Study Materials can be ordered online via the IAWW website ((http://enrol.studyinteractive.org/acca). These Terms shall apply to each and any order made to purchase the Study Materials.
      • 3.2 IAWW reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any orders at any time until the item is dispatched.
      • 3.3 IAWW may remove any Study Materials from sale on its website at any time. You accept you have no claim in law or otherwise in the event any item is withdrawn from sale.
    4. Payment Provisions
      • 4.1 The Fee for any Study Materials are payable immediately and you must make payment at the point of sale. Any additional costs such as for delivery charges may be applied at the point of sale or thereafter and you are liable to make the payment in full.
      • 4.2 IAWW will recover any charges IAWW incurs as a result of processing payments including but not limited to your use of a declined credit card or otherwise and you will be liable for IAWW’s reasonable costs of recovering such charges.
      • 4.3 You warrant that you will only make a payment using a payment method you are authorised to use. IAWW reserves the right to recover any cost from defending claims by third parties from your improper use of any payment method. This includes, but is not limited to, any refunds IAWW may have to pay as a result of your chosen method of payment.
      • 4.4 There will be a deduction for the Fee from your credit card or debit card at the point of sale. You agree that you have provided authorisation for the applicable Fee to be deducted from your credit card or debit card and that you are the correct card holder.
      • 4.5 IAWW reserves the right to change the Fees and all disputes regarding the refund of any Fees is to be settled at the sole discretion of IAWW pro so far as permitted by law.
    5. Cancellations and Refunds
      • 5.1 You may be entitled to a full refund if a course is purchased and paid for online or over the telephone; and if IAWW is notified of your desire to cancel within 14 days of registration and payment for the course. For the avoidance of doubt this clause applies only if you are not physically present at any time throughout the conclusion of the sale. This provision is subject to the student not using the online study platform for more than 30 minutes.
      • 5.2 All applications for refunds must be made via our online channel. You must submit an application at http://refunds.studyinteractive.org/. Applications for refunds which are not submitted in accordance with the above will not be considered. These Terms and the IAWW website Terms and Conditions shall apply to all refund applications.
      • 5.3 You must ensure that the Study Materials are returned to IAWW at OCS Worldwide Ltd, Middlemarch Business Park, 4020 Siskin Parkway East, Coventry, West Midlands CV3 4SU and you must provide proof of the delivery receipt. IAWW requires that all Study Materials are delivered by first class and signed for post within 14 calendar days of cancelling your order. IAWW accepts no responsibility for the return of the Study Materials. All delivery charges for the return of the Study Materials will be borne solely by you and IAWW will not refund or reimburse you unless agreed in writing by IAWW.
      • 5.4 Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as you used to originally pay for the Study Materials. In the event, that the payment details for any refund differs from the original payment method, you agree and undertake not to pursue chargeback.
      • 5.5 IAWW reserves the right to withhold payment of the Fees until the Study Materials have been returned safely and upon confirmation they are in original quality.
      • 5.6 Where a student has failed to comply with these Terms, they will NOT be eligible for a refund save in exceptional circumstances. IAWW has sole discretion in determining whether or not the student’s circumstances are exceptional. Should IAWW exercise its discretion, you accept that you may be liable for additional costs reasonably incurred by IAWW and agree to pay these immediately.
    6. Cancellations and Refunds
      • 6.1 IAWW will arrange for the delivery of the Study Materials by whichever method is chosen by IAWW. So far as possible IAWW will attempt to ensure delivery is made by your chosen delivery method but IAWW does not guarantee delivery by this method. IAWW accepts no responsibility for delivering the Study Materials by another method selected by you and you may be liable for the additional costs of doing so.
      • 6.2 You agree and accept that you are liable to pay IAWW a delivery charge for delivering the Study Materials to you.
      • 6.3 IAWW accepts no responsibility for the failure to accept delivery of the Study Materials or for your failure to provide adequate delivery instructions to IAWW. IAWW may store the Study Materials until delivery and charge you the reasonable costs incurred by IAWW for storage.
      • 6.4 There may be applicable and additional import duties and taxes for the delivery of the Study Materials outside the United Kingdom, for which you are solely responsible for checking and paying. You will be deemed the importer of record and are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in effect in the country you are receiving the goods.
      • 6.5 You must notify IAWW of any issues with the deliveries within 14 days of you receiving the Study Materials. Failure to notify IAWW within this time period means that IAWW will bear absolutely no responsibility for your order and will not be required to refund you.
    7. Warranties
      • 7.1 IAWW does not warrant that the Study Materials are true, accurate and not misleading on the date of this agreement. You should undertake your own due diligence to ensure they meet your particular needs.
      • 7.2 So far as permitted by law, IAWW excludes all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the Study Materials and their use (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill) and does not accept any liability to any person relating to the use of any information from the Study Materials.
    8. Warranties
      • 8.1 As between you and IAWW, all Intellectual Property Rights and all other rights in the Study Materials shall be owned by IAWW. Subject to Clause 9.2, IAWW licenses all such rights to the Customer for a Fee on a non-exclusive and non-transferrable basis to such extent as is necessary to enable you to make reasonable use of the Study Materials.
      • 8.2 You acknowledge that, where IAWW does not own any of the Intellectual Property Rights to the Study Materials, your use of rights in Study Materials is conditional on IAWW obtaining a written licence (or sub-licence) from the relevant licensor or licensors on such terms as will entitle IAWW to license such rights to you.
      • 8.3 The Online Study Materials may only be used on one computer only.
      • 8.4 You agree that you will respect IAWW’s Intellectual Property Rights in the Study Materials and other intellectual property rights of IAWW's licensors and that you can be prosecuted for infringing these rights. IAWW may terminate your license to use the Study Materials at any time whether for an infringement of IAWW’s Intellectual Property Rights or otherwise and that you may be pursued for any costs associated with IAWW’s exercise of its rights under this Clause 9.
    9. Limitation of Liability – your attention is particularly drawn to this clause
      • 9.1 This clause 10 sets out the entire financial liability of the IAWW (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors) to you in respect of:
        1. any breach of this agreement however arising;
        2. any use made by you of the Study Materials or any part of them; and
        3. any representation, statement or tortious act or omission (including negligence) arising under or in connection with this agreement.
      • 9.2 All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this agreement.
      • 9.3 Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes the liability of IAWW:
        1. for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; or
        2. for any damage or liability incurred by you as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by IAWW; or
      • 9.4 Subject to clause 10.2 and clause 10.3:
        1. IAWW shall not under any circumstances whatever be liable for:
          1. loss of profits; or
          2. loss of business; or
          3. depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses; or
          4. loss of anticipated savings; or
          5. loss of goods; or
          6. loss of contract; or
          7. loss of use; or
          8. loss of corruption of data or information; or
          9. any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses; and
        2. IAWW’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall in all circumstances be limited to the Fee which you have paid for the Study Materials.
    10. No Partnership or Agency
      • Nothing in this agreement is intended to, or shall operate to, create a partnership between the parties, or to authorise either party to act as agent for the other, and neither party shall have authority to act in the name or on behalf of or otherwise to bind the other in any way (including the making of any representation or warranty, the assumption of any obligation or liability and the exercise of any right or power).
    11. Data Protection
      • 11.1 IAWW will process the personal information in accordance with these Terms and its Privacy Policy which can be viewed at www.studyinteractive.org/privacy-policy (and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please refer to these in order to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
      • 11.2 IAWW reserved the right to charge an amount reasonably incurred by IAWW to process any requests for personal information.
    12. General
      • 12.1 IAWW reserves the right to report non-payment and delayed payment to credit-reporting agencies and recoup any reasonable costs incurred by IAWW in recovering monies owed to it from you.
      • 12.2 Additionally, IAWW reserves the right to also charge interest at a rate of 8% above the base lending rate of the Bank of England for any non-payment or delayed payment, which shall accrue daily from the due date until payment is actually received by IAWW.
      • 12.3 These Terms and the IAWW website Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
      • 12.4 Each party agrees that it shall have no remedies in respect of any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in this agreement. No party shall have any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation based upon any statement in this agreement.
      • 12.5 IAWW may at any time assign, subcontract, transfer, mortgage, charge or deal in any other manner with any or all of its rights and obligations under this agreement.
      • 12.6 You may not assign, transfer, mortgage, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with any of your rights and obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of IAWW.
      • 12.7 Each party confirms it is acting on its own behalf and not for the benefit of any other person.
      • 12.8 No failure or delay by IAWW to exercise any right or remedy provided under this agreement or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
      • 12.9 If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of this agreement (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this agreement shall not be affected.
      • 12.10 This agreement is drafted in the English language. If this agreement is translated into any other language, the English language text shall prevail.
      • 12.11 Any notice or other communication required to be given to you under or in connection with these Terms shall be deemed to be served at IAWW’s sole discretion if delivered by hand or sent by pre-paid first-class post or other next working day delivery service to the most recent address notified by you or if sent by email to the most recent email address notified by you.
      • 12.12 Any notice or communication shall be deemed to have been received by you if delivered by hand, on signature of a delivery receipt or at the time the notice is left at the proper address, or otherwise on the next Business Day after posting.
      • 12.13 This agreement is concluded between you and IAWW and a person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights to enforce this agreement whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or any other statute, rule or other law.
      • 12.14 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
      • 12.15 Please refer to the full terms and conditions as detailed on the Study InterActive website and as applicable to the student. If any of these terms and conditions become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. Any modification to a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.

    8. The School reserves the right to dismiss any student at any time for non-payment of fees. No fees will be refunded to any student dismissed under this section.
    9. Where a student has been removed from the School under Clause 7 (above), the School is required to inform the appropriate authorities.
    10. Fees are published separately for each semester and are payable by all students studying at the time unless they have paid full fees prior to the publication of the new fees. Paying a deposit does not prevent any fee increase being applied. Promotions and offers may have restricted eligibility requirements and may change periodically.
    11. All fees exclude amounts payable to the professional body for student registration, exemptions and examination entries.

    a) All deposits received are for the sole purpose of reserving a course place and are non-refundable, save as provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
    b) Full payment for each programme module is required prior to dispatch of study materials or release of online user IDs and passwords. Students who have not paid will not be granted access to InterActive platform.
    c) Should the student be required to resit a module assessment, one resit opportunity will be provided free of charge. A re-examination fee is payable for any subsequent resubmission of assessments.
    d) Dissertation fee is free of charge.
    e) All fees are subject to change.
    f) Non-payment of fees – InterActive reserves the right to suspend and dismiss any student, at any time, for non-payment of fees or breach of student contract. No fees will be refunded for any student dismissed under this clause
    g) InterActive reserves the right to charge interest at 10% per annum on overdue amounts, which will be charged on all accounts more than 7 days overdue.
    h) All fees exclude amounts payable to any professional bodies for student registration, exemptions and examination entries, which are payable by the students (and/or their sponsors, as applicable) and InterActive accepts no responsibility for this.
    i) Course registration and fees, login credentials and course materials are non-transferable between students.

    3. Refunds Policy
    a) Any refund made by InterActive will be paid to the original payer using the original method payments.
    b) In order to comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, students who made a payment online or via telephone will be entitled to a full refund if they notify InterActive of their desire to cancel within 14 days of registration and payment. This provision is subject to the student not using the online study platform for more than 30 minutes.
    c) All Applications for refunds must be made via our online channel. Students must submit a ticket at http://refunds.studyinteractive.org/. Applications for refunds which are not submitted in accordance with the above will not be considered.

    4. Published Programmes
    InterActive reserves the right to alter published programmes, change tutors, course specifications, cancel or change the content of lectures and/or study materials, and to alter dates and locations from the previously published materials. All programmes and courses are available subject to student demand.

    5. Dates of Programmes
    InterActive reserve the right to alter start dates of programmes. All course timetables are subject to change.

    6. Access to Online Resources
    a) InterActive does not guarantee availability of the online resources and other added-value services due to reasons beyond their control, including technical faults and limitations.
    b) Fair usage policy applies to access of study material, including study videos. InterActive reserves the right to restrict access based on operational requirements (including bandwidth consumption) to ensure fair access to all students.

    7. Withdrawal
    a) The student agrees that he/she cannot change, defer or withdraw from the programme without prior consent from InterActive. Any failure to start the course as scheduled, without prior notification of the school’s authorities, will lead to expulsion from the course. No refunds will be given.
    b) Where a student has withdrawn from the programme without prior consent from InterActive, InterActive reserves the right to pursue the student for outstanding fees.

    8. Deferrals
    A deferral can be processed up to one future intake (one year) if InterActive is notified in writing in advance. An administration charge of £50 (inc. VAT) will be invoiced by InterActive and is to be paid before a deferral can be processed.

    9. Exclusion
    To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute common law or the law of equity.

    10. Regular Updates
    InterActive Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We communicate changes through updates to our websites. It is advisable to regularly check for updates.

  • Booking

    • For current event costs and dates, please refer to our website.
    • Before booking onto the event, please ensure you have read the event programme and content, to ensure the event will meet your needs.
    • Upon receipt of your registration/booking form and subsequent payment your place(s) will be confirmed.
    • Important note: InterActive’s acceptance of your booking brings into existence a legally binding contract between us and you on these terms and conditions. Any term sought to be imposed by you in any purchase order or correspondence will not form part of the contract.

    Invoicing and payment of Registration Fee

    • Registration fees (including any card processing and/or booking fees applicable) are payable upon booking.
    • Invoices/receipts will be issued upon request.
    • Payment must be made in pounds Sterling by transfer or credit/debit card. Cash is not accepted.

    Event attendance

    • Delegates will receive joining instructions via email to the email address provided on the booking form.
    • It is the responsibility of the individual completing the event registration/booking form to ensure joining instructions are received by the delegate. Instructions will be sent via email to the email address provided on the booking form.
    • If the joining instructions are not received, it is the responsibility of the individual who completed the event registration/booking form to contact the IA Events department to arrange for them to be reissued.
    • Failure to attend the event will result in the full cost being incurred. No refund shall be given.
    • It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of InterActive, to change the content and timing of the programme, the date, the venue, or the speaker(s).

    Cancellations and Amendments

    • All requests for cancellations and/or transfers must be received in writing.
    • Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation being received.
    • Refund of the registration fee is not possible under any circumstances.

    Event Provisions

    • Organising and financing accommodation and travel are the responsibility of the delegate.
    • Where food and refreshments are to be provided, this will be stated on the event details and the cost included in the price quoted. Any special dietary requirements need to be notified in writing to CIMSPA in advance of the event, as specified in the event details.

    Force Majeure

    • InterActive shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.
